Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of Belya, a personal AI assistant that unifies your messages, contacts, calendar, and tasks. By connecting an account and using Belya, you agree to these terms.
The service
Belya is currently in early access (beta). Features, performance, and availability may change as the product develops. We'll do our best to give notice of major changes that affect how your data is handled.
Your account
You connect your own Google and/or Microsoft account and grant Belya access to specific data (contacts, email, calendar) so it can act on your behalf. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can disconnect any account at any time.
Acceptable use
Belya is for personal, household use. Please don't use it to violate any law, to send spam or unsolicited messages through connected accounts, or to attempt to access another household's data.
Early access disclaimer — no SLA
Belya is provided "as is" during this early-access (beta) period, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and without a service-level agreement. We work to keep the service reliable and your data isolated and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability while in active development.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Data ownership
You own the data you connect to Belya. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may stop using Belya and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms. Termination — by you or by us — means deletion of your household's data on request, per the Privacy Policy; data is not retained for any purpose beyond what's needed to process that request.
